How to Make a Lesson Plan
Creating a lesson plan will add 30 minutes of community service to your log.
1. Create a copy of this Lesson Plan and Progress Report Template

2. Add links to activities for your learner based on their goals.
How to add worksheets on to your lesson plan
1. Choose a worksheet you would like to use
2. Do ctrl + p and then save the worksheet as a pdf
3. Upload the file to your drive
4. Open the file in your Google Drive and then click Open with Google Docs
5. Copy the link, paste it to your lesson plan, and make sure your learner will be able to edit
3. You may also add fun activities to keep your learner engaged.
